Dr. Brady abides by the "movement is medicine" approach and believes that functional and proper movement helps people stay active, pain free, and doing what they love to do. He takes pride in his ability to look at patients from a global standpoint, assess them, and work them through a proper treatment plan. His philosophy and practice goes hand in hand with the evidence-based assessment and treatment model that is redefining the manual medicine world. He believes in the ability to live pain free for a better quality of life while maximizing human performance and minimizing injury.
Brady is a Maine native who attended The University of Maine where he obtained a Bachelors degree in Athletic Training. While in undergrad he spent hundreds of hours working with various athletes working through injury rehab and performance protocols. He then went on to obtain a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in the suburbs of St. Louis Missouri. While at Logan, he attended many postgraduate courses on performance care and rehabilitation to complement his chiropractic studies and help better serve his patients. He has a passion for educating his patients and working with them to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
When not in the treatment room, Dr. Brady loves spending time outdoors with his wife Lindsey and their golden fur child Izzy! He has a strong passion for the game of golf and enjoys fly fishing and hunting.
Izzy is a 5 year old Golden Retriever who was born in Waterloo, Illinois. She was scooped up from Dr. Brady and his wife Lindsey during their last year living in the Mid-West. Turns out she's a New Englander at heart as her two favorite things are snow and the ocean! She also loves tennis balls and a good belly rub!
You can see her around the office checking patients in and out and hanging around for the occasional treat!
